- Log in to the Client Area:

- Click Open Ticket.
- Select Technical Support.
- Use this subject:
IPMI Access Request
- Include your dedicated server IP address or service ID.
- Submit the ticket.
Details to Include
Include:
- Dedicated server IP address
- Service ID if available
- Reason for IPMI request
- Operating system
- Issue description
- Time issue started
Important Security Notes
- IPMI access is sensitive.
- Do not share IPMI credentials.
- Use IPMI only when required.
- Log out after use.
- Change credentials if allowed.
- Do not leave remote console sessions open.
